We are excited to announce that our Upshifter of the Week is Vanessa C from Charlotte. A college student studying business administration with a focus on human resources management, Vanessa is outgoing and extroverted. She’s clocked over 600 hours and frequently works with The Ballantyne Hotel, Carolina Gold Club, and Frieling USA. She excels at customer service and is both a solo and a team player.
I’m 26 and born and raised in Charlotte. I love being outdoors and hiking with my dogs.
How has it been working on Upshift?
Upshift has been very helpful especially due to the pandemic. It has been a trying time for everyone, and Upshift has been there when I needed it the most.
What do you like most about Upshift?
I’ve found that Upshift has been so reliable for me. Also, I really love how simple it is to use, and the help desk has been really spot on! They respond to tickets in a timely manner, and my issues always come with a resolution.
