We are proud to announce that our Upshifter of the Week is Tiherra B, from Columbus. In her first 5 months working with Upshift, Tiherra has worked 71 shifts and become a go-to Upshifter for University Catering at The Ohio State University
Before joining Upshift I had always worked in restaurants and found myself wanting something more exciting and flexible. After 10+ years in the hospitality industry I joined Upshift and have had the opportunity to expand my skills and knowledge by serving and working other positions in many types of catered events. I’ve also been able to network through Upshift which helped me get a full time banquet serving position, all because of the experience I’ve gained working for Upshift!
How has it been working on Upshift?
