Cincinnati-based Upshift has reportedly secured a funding round of $3.7 million to help hourly workers gain employment. Founders Steve Anevski and Alex Pantich previously earned seed money in 2016 from OTR accelerator The Brandery to launch the platform off the ground in Cincinnati and Dayton.
They claim to have more than 20,000 employees using the Upshift platform.
